We will soon be offering ground meat (your choose of beef, lamb, goat, chicken, duck, turkey, or ostrich), homemade and persoalized preserves and pickled produce (canned for longer shelf life) and ostrich eggs, meats, and leather gifts. Cattle
T-bone, he is a Dexter who was born in 2010. The fat we use in our ground meat products well be provided by Dexter or Augus steers. Both are known for their taste, while Dexters are also known for their environmently efficiency (when compared to full size cattle). Butcher Oct 2011.
